Mountain Vista Eyecare requires a retinal & macular image as standard of care at every annual eye exam. The fee for this imaging is $49.00.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give us a 24-hour notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $50.00 fee.
