I recently visited the practice for my first time in December. After the exam, I was fitted for glasses and contacts, given an amount and paid my bill. There ended up being a mix up in the billing when I got an email stating that I owed more money. Confused, I reached out and spoke to someone in billing. I explained my case and was promised a call back with a solution. Not only was my issue promptly resolved, I was contacted by the owner and doctor of the practice who personally apologized for the mistake. Mistakes happen, what matters is how they are addressed. Mountain Vista Eyecare not only took great care of my eyes, they also took care of me as a customer. I would highly recommend their services, especially if customer service is important to you.

Dr. Lisa Pallagi is the most thorough, detail oriented optometrist that any patient could ever hope to find. I had very dry eyes from previous LASIK procedures. She suggested numerous options to try and remedy my dry eyes. She never ran out of ideas that she was willing to try. When doing her exams for eyeglasses, I never felt pressured or rushed when I was asked "pick one, or two". My eyes need time to focus and she was very gracious with her time. Lastly, and most importantly, Dr. Pallagi picked up on my early glaucoma and referred me to a specialist. Her early detection helped save my eyesight as there is no reversing the damage done. Therefore, early detection means everything. Thank you!,

This is the best eye care office you will find. Outstanding care, compassion, diagnostics, and attention to detail. Our family has been going here for over twenty years. From my young children to my 96 year old mom, we all received excellent care. I have developed some issues with my eyes over the past couple of years. Dr. De Rose and the entire staff have gone above and beyond to diagnose and effectively treat my eye issues. Most recently, my situation required more time than anticipated. Dr. DeRose, Kyle, and Lisa stayed well past closing time to be sure I would have the prescriptions I needed the following day. They answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. The office has a family feel to it. I will never go anywhere else.

I recently visited Mountain Vista Eye Care Center for a routine eye exam. Every staff member I met, from the receptionist to the techs, was friendly and professional. Dr. Jessie was great. She made me feel comfortable and explained the findings of the testing in a knowledgeable and unhurried manner. I was impressed with my visit and plan to return to Mountain Vista for my eye care needs.

Care is amazing from customer service to knowledgeable practitioners! I drive almost two hours to get there and would likely go further, because they are amazing at what they do! They have solved problems that other providers told me would not be possible to fix. Few providers deliver at this level!

This is an excellent Opthalmology practice. I've seen three different doctors and they were all very professional and thorough. I also brought my mom in for an assessment as she has a few different eye issues. Everyone was so patient and kind to her; they treated her like she was their own mother! They also consistently run on-time rather than grossly behind like so many other medical clinics. Would highly recommend.

Dr. DeRose is great and I have gone to here for many years now. I also really enjoyed working with Lisa last time picking out both regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. I consider this to be a premium eyecare facility.

I have been referred to 4 different eye doctors. Mountain Vista is the 4th. I have found my eye specialist! Dr DeRose is an exceptional Dr. Simply put, she is awesome!
